Jonne:
A couple of small changes this time, while I continue to improve the AC.

Changes:

* Fix for the minigun hack (http://jonne.be/forum/index.php?topic=455.msg3850#msg3850)
* Added godmode on map end (so no one can kill you when you /sync)
* Changed /hs (disabled when hitting teammates)
* For the people who preferred it with 'teamshooting', you can still enable it using /hs t
* VIP: Sniper ammo changed to 250
* Added rifle on /holiday
* Added /rc v to reclass to vicepresident
