[Added & Tested]Godmode in jail

Give players that are jailed godmode to prevent players of the opposite team from killing eachother when they are both jailed. Also disable commands that give you weapons such as /holiday eng and /vipme in jail.

Also securities in jail shouldn't respawn when president dies.
