These are some of the updates that happened this week, the next updates will probably be more focused on improving the AC, so it might take a while until I add new features again.

Changes:

* Added auto-punishment to spawnzones
* When you shoot someone that is under spawn protection, you'll get 3 warnings, after that you'll get punished (either a push, jail or kick, depending on your warning level)
* Added protection to prevent crashes when changing skin (Thanks to Mia)
* Added Spanish rules list (Thanks to Mia)
* Fixed /radio24 3
* /hs now gets stored
* Checking if pres is idle happens more often now
