[Fixed]President suicide using grenades

When the president suicides by throwing grenades at himself, nothing happens. He just respawns as president again.

I found another bug, but I don't know anything about it and I have no idea what might cause it.
I was just roaming around in a Vortex, and suddenly the message "The president is safe!" appeared out of nowhere.

Fixed. Forgot to add a check when adding scores (took me way too long to figure out), this shouldn't happen anymore. That also caused timers to stack up and resulted in those messages from the screenshots.
