You need to remove all the mods you installed, Generally speaking about the warning 0xC0000005 means it's wrong model ID which means one or more mods are creating this Opcode.
They are warnings you see and they force your game to crash.

Yeah, Pranesh is right, having some mods (even purely cosmetic ones) often cause these messages to appear. Although I've gotten these messages a couple of times in the past even without any mods whatsoever

it doesn't show any warning.
