I'm unable to view any of the maps on Control Panel.

Looks like the issue is on your end. Try googling it. Else, try opening the CP with another browser.

No matter what browser I use, I see the map I select for one hundredth of a second before it crashes and I get Frankiot's screen.

1. Clear browser cache and download history
2. Open cmd (Command Prompt), type in: ipconfig /flushdns

This should work, try it out

I had the same issue as well, closing the browser and reopening it worked for me. And you can try clearing all the browser cache and stored info as well.
