Title: Changes

I finally got around to making a list with all of the changes. It's not complete, these were just all of the changes I could think of. Also, since it was completely rescripted, and no old code from PTP was used, most of the bugs just shouldn't exist, but things also might work a bit differently than they do in PTP.
