General question

Tell me how is it possible that shooting someone on server makes him take no damage at all, but when he shoots back he kills you from 2 hits? Was literally sitting in front of non-afk guy with motorbike and holded lmb and he took no damage at all and then he fired back and killed me instantly?

There are two situations in which this event can occur:
- The player you are shooting is using a cheat to refill his health
- The player you are shooting is desynced

In any case, if you are in a situation like this be sure to /report the player and admins will take a look.
