• Date it occurred: 12 hours ago (8:16PM on my time)

• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): Teleportation / Walk through Walls / Speed Hacks
Back then, we're following the President until we saw a Terrorist really speeding up with a NRG but he done a stunt and because of his speed hacking with the NRG, he flew right at the ocean, I recorded it but the video file is unable to open. In this video below, you can clearly see him(Tawer_Tahser) just teleported out of nowhere and began walking through walls with his speed hacks/teleportation hacks.
