It would be cool to add clothes, we can use the score as a money, more score = more access to cool clothes.

How clothes will help the game mode relative to the game scores? ::)
Nvm clothes are not necessary as it is not a RPG mode. To utilize the scores, think of something unique that will attract the players towards game and redeem rewards via earning scores.

I don't know about SAMP much but i haven't saw any server that changes clothes of all characters, i assume only CJ can change clothes as CJ is default character.

Well since it is related to the character, let it just be a VIP feature.

+1 but with limitations and accordance to map.
Eg: 1 single color Brown/black Cowboy hat for skins with no headgear in Flint County or Red County Maps. VIPs get the other variants. (I don't like out of place oversaturated skins, so reluctant to include can be used anytime)
Eg: Red Helmet (/bh), VIPs get the other variants, can be used anytime. Not a big deal.
Eg: Headset for Securities, as a /topscore bonus.
Eg: Demon mask variant for Terrorists as /topscore bonus.
Eg: Random headset variant for 3 hours of listening to /radio. VIPs get all the variants after less time.
Will give more examples with photos later.

What I want to elaborate is, that instead of spending useful scores on useless shits like clothes. It's better to have something else. Something relative to the classes. Adding the class perks (excluding the civilian class as they are not the part of the game mode) will prove amazing and useful to game play. Something that we can use in the game mode instead of shitting around with some role play clothes (which is boring shit for me smh).

Son, this is the start. Not everything is set to be related to game mode, if you thi k it should then the civilians’ existence should be removed. This is pretty unique and enjoyable, if you got more “unique ideas” please comment down :D
This suggestion is good and i give it +1 but it should not be a priority because yet there are some bugs to be fixed.

After 3 years of abooze yes :v Most Lvl0-1 support suggestions like these for VIPs, look at the weapon color and custom numberplate suggestion.
I want something between, so people get attracted to the *bigger package, christmas and /duels are big proofs for the old package.
Like I suggested before give 1 clothes for normal players and the other 5-6 variants for VIPs. The variants honestly look way cooler and will certainly get legitimate attraction towards the package.

Yeah we could give one color (default skin) to lvl 0 -1 and the rest will be for the VIPs.

These are what I have thought out for the following classes. All videos are very short and visual, average is less than 1 minute.
Note: The clothes shown here are mostly adjusted to fit the GM skins without any change. Hats,Bandana Mask and Glasses have been attached to Head. Watches and Armbands to forearm. So it syncs well during gameplay. Each video contain video proof of concept. (Gold Badge is buggy however)

We could add some accessories (like hats, glasses, etc), but clothing is pretty much impossible (as it can only be attached to 1 part of the skin, like torso, but then it won't take into account the arm movements).
