When someone want answer about some replay he can Quote his msg and then replay on this - But when he did it , should be a notification on your user that someone quote your replay ---
Like the notification that you get from someone who send you PM On forum.
On many forums this feature work very good and this is much more comfortable to see who quote your msg .

+1, but only if there is a SMF mod for it. I don't think that it is worth the time spent to script this from scratch.

+1 , but what if someone uses others quotes as their reply would it message them nothing ? or what if there are quotes Upton quotes , would it alert everyone ? I think this is not needed right now and it is best that if you could add send this topic option ....

Personally, I don't think this is really needed to be added, because it'll be annoying for some users, if they get notified for unimportant things, such as celebrating birthdays from the off-topic section which we can consider as a spam. Regardless, we can still consider this option if it's used' properly.
