Title: Spawn bugs

Hi,respawning bugs happens after some events and Races,but now days i noticed one new bug or old one idk,While someone is afk,and the server is restarting,after that while u gonna join,u keep respawning:

and to access this bug all you need to do is go to a race and smash your car and die
