Title: [Added]Anti-Ninja Jack

1.)Player can do it intentionally or unintentionally, so /r is sorta usually useless. Not to mention /reports of said bug abuse rarely come to effect.

2.) One unnamed lvl0 regular comes with different names and Ninja-Jacks Presidents at the start of the map then /q's to avoid punishment.
