He was using hh speed hacks and superman hacks too and was banned by the system! Any admin can lock it!

Server owner is a hacker lol

I saw this when i was on irc, online admins where there you could just /report him in game.

I don't wan't to /report in-game because there is no right evidence. The other players are reporting erratic in-game that's why I'm reporting at the forums with an evidence.
