Not following duty.I was a civilian,there were me,[RD] Magic as the president and this ''chetan'' as a terrorist.Instead of chasing after the president,he chased after me,during the last minute or so,maybe because he was frustrated he couldn't catch the president

If the video is uploaded,you can notice where the president is,and that chetan is chasing me instead of him.You can also notice the distance we have made from video 1 to video 2,from one area of San Fierro to the other.
