Is this lag or coincidental hack?

• Players' name: FsM (Possibly), samadi
• Date it occurred: yesterday
• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): Not sure if it was lag stuff, because I wasnt the only one who saw it similarly and pretty sure wasnt lagging rounds before and ping was relatively normal too. But he managed to survive even with car blowing up.
• Any screenshots or videos that go along with the report:

I think explosions weren't synced. That's why the cop kept shooting.



Or the car moved due to inertia? And the car didn't blow up properly like 2-3 explosions are must
