Title: Removing spray can from /holiday eng

/holiday eng gives a rifle, 3 nades and a spray can which is pretty much useless and annoying when new players use it to disturb their teammates.

This happens mostly in Security class mainly during camping or standing on president's car that a random noob who has just discovered this command sprays' on his teammates which are doing their duty to protect president. This causes other players to distract which may be helpful to terrorists that may suddenly attack and kill all securities which were distracted due to annoying spray can. Some noobs security and vice president also use it on president making him unable to move for 3-5 seconds. This mainly happened to me when I was camping on ship and Area69. The noob vice president continuously sprayed on me due yo which I was unable to move. Then suddenly a civilian attacked and killed me and I can't do nothing.

The spray can should be removed or replaced with another less annoying object such as Thermal vision goggles or night vision goggles which will be useful to spot enemy snipers.

-1 we should remove vehicles too if we follow that logic.
also the night vision goggles are bugged in SAMP (and annoying)

Either remove /holiday eng or nothing, please. One suggestion on forum is to remove rifle, another is to remove /holiday eng, this is to remove spray. What else is left?

I agree with removing the command /holiday eng itself along with the spray can but it should not be replaced, especially with goggles. Those goggles are buggy in SAMP and when one person puts them on, it effects everyone.

We have suggestion where they're talking about removing holiday eng, why bother removing spray can?
Btw spray is as much annoying as it's user.

As Matt pointed out, those goggles are buggy in SAMP, so we won't add this.
