Also to the level 5 admins. Can you state a reason why you decided to create this limit? What are the reasons?
this update is so good in wars/gameplayes,fair fights at all.
As very high FPS apparently paves way for certain bugs occuring which don't happen below the FPS limit, this rule is justifiable. However, the issue of beginners getting kicked for exceeding FPS limit needs to be dealt with in my opinion as it can have a detrimental effect on the server's player count.
On a different note, if anybody is struggling to cap their FPS, one solution is to use Bandicam (http://bandicam.com/downloads/)'s FPS limiter to force your FPS below 105.
For me, this is a good one because there are advantages and bugs to those who play SAMP with high FPS. For example, having high FPS means slower swimming like this one (https://youtu.be/ECwKzB81PW8)(Yes, I know that this video is for the singleplayer mode for the game but it's the same as well when you're playing online and I recommend watching it).
Now, this one (https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=7058.0) is different because he's using SAMP Addon but there's a file called "Swim_FPS_Fix.asi". By the name itself, you can swim faster depending on your FPS(the more the FPS, the faster you can swim). If you combined it with a file called "FramerateVigilante.asi", you'll have the same issue on Eli's video even if you don't have SAMP Addon installed like this one (https://youtu.be/Wn1FZB1Zv00).
In short, you need FPS limit to have a balanced gameplay between both sides without any advantages. You can use /fpslimit for that or installed an app that will limit your FPS.
You should remember that the frame rate doesn't go above 100 on unmodified game. The game is old and many mechanics depend on the FPS value, they don't work correctly when FPS is too high.

Well, I don't know if it is a bug or Samp Addon is just giving fake information to the server but I still can use +105 fps in game, I recorded it and checked the frames average in the Control Panel and it showed that i was with 80 fps average, I know that admins can check it in other ways but I always knew that the frames showed in your screen (using samp addon) is different than the frames that the server receives.

I play at 60fps and im fine if someone is playing at 200fps etc why do you want to kick players for using high fps btw , since we don't have c-bugs etc so just for sniper no-stun its useless suggestion to spoil fun for lots of newbies specially.
You want us to use some 3rd party apps or /fpslimit to limit fps- ok but what about newbies ? they come n get kicked 2-3 times n leave forever.

probably because of something like this even that isn't possible with high fps i've tried 300 fps and my swimming was completely opposite from this, it was almost like swimming in my place, but what the heck is this? :D looks like some extra files

I used to bitch about how smooth my 120 fps game was couple of months ago while my fps wasn't even unlocked. Seemed like I was only using 90 fps locked and 100 fps is the game's limit, using 120 Hz. My game completely changed when I used some files to unlock my fps and then lock it to external numbers like 120. Now I'm utilizing 120 Hz completely.

Still, remove this shit. Many new people don't know to lock your fps and many regulars don't know what monitor Hertz are while they say they're at 300 fps, useless fps causing bugs and you're not even seeing anything above 60.

Exactly, the new rules are getting ridiculous. Now we are not allowed to play with high fps wtf?! The server is becoming some sort of dictatorship with those limited rules..
