I was thinking earlier that our forum can have a topic Hellows an Goodbyes, to everyone who are new to planb can see the topic Hellows an Goodbyes an post a topic saying hellow I am new here ect,because I witnessed on off topic that new Comer's post hellow an stuff on it an some of us even post that they will be inactive for a will,so the topic Hellows an Goodbyes can be just for that instead of ramming out off topic with it

Most of the forums have such a sub-section where new players introduce themselves or regulars inform others about their inactivity/leaving/return or whatever.

Is it needed? Not really. Would I mind having it? Not really.

Our current section is named Off-topic. Do you know the reason ? It means EVERYTHING can be posted there which is not related to the server, this includes Hello and Bye stuff too.

There is not a great enough demand for such a section to be created. Therefore, the Off Topic section serves the purpose of announcing introductions/departures/returns just fine.
