When i play, then from nowhere my car goes on fire or my tires gets shot. Then I got thrown in air several times or got TPd somwhere, i thought admins did that to check me or hackers did that, trolling me. Why does this happen to me?

Since you've been banned recently, I'd suggest you to reinstall clean version of GTA San Andreas and not to put any mods. Some files have a habit of sticking to your game even if you delete them from your GTA directory. (If you've done that already, then maybe it really was the hackers who did all those stuff)

Well,since you had cheats,you need a clean version of GTA San Andreas. Download it,and install.
You can't just remove all the cheating files that easy. I suggest this,if you still get the same problem,a cheater is messing with you.

According to your description, it seems that you just faced ram hacker's "magic". They are pretty annoying, and they can literally throw you through the whole map. If so, don't worry, they are getting banned pretty quickly either by anticheat or online administrators.

Well the tire popping and car in fire plus teleporting to sky is part of the troll mod. But lately if you troll a certain times anti chest bans the hacker also this happens for teleporting. I also used to teleport and after teleporting a few times anti cheat bans you. What I do is when I am teleported to sky is using /kill command to spawn back in map and its cool that command is there
