Many newbies are joining the server and it frightens them when they get attacked by these fast skin Users. After all that they often leave the server and never come back. Fast skin is generally very overpowered. So my suggestion:
How about remove these fast skins and put Tank in the NSA Map instead. Only VIPs are able to use it.
Or we ll vote for it, removing fast skin. (Only VIPs are allowed to vote)

Look, i remember back in 2012 the first days i was a random in PTP (with another ig Nick).
It always seemed like, it's impossible to beat or even hit them.
Cuz it was a habit to play against normal skins. Never seen a sever with fast skins before. I guess i m not the only one.

I like being able to choose whatever skin without being at a disadvantage. I think they should be removed entirely.

Like Finisher said, Chainsaw and sniper are enough . Especially Chainsaw, for example: a player with 1Hp is still able to kill a player with 100 Amour and 100 health.
Plus, you re able to use nitro anytime and to refill your Vip weapons.
Beta skin is just to much. But i see, there will always be a discussion about it, that brings us to nothing.

Lag comp doesn't work for chainsaws, so if you got a running dude who's not a complete idiot, you probably can't do much with your saw.
As for the fastskins, if lack of balance is a problem, just fucking slap some of them on the classes.
After all, the point of /vskin is to let vips choose the skin they like best. It's pointless if you start limiting it.

Fast skins are no more overpowered than sniper rifles and chainsaws. Players who are stronger than me can easily beat me without any fast skin, and vice versa. As it was already stated, fast skins is also an option VIP players have paid for, so I don't think it should be removed:

Nice idea, +1. Also I think that country rifles should be included in /holiday too to make the game easier and more fair for non-VIPs.

As much as I dislike fast skins myself I don't really think VIPs' ability to choose any skin should be removed. But yeah we agree on them giving an advantage over others. But that's just because UZI is the main weapon of ingame fights. Otherwise I don't think they are op.
Anyway Fini's idea looks best so far altough I doubt if they would implement it.
Also:
country rifles should be included in /holiday too to make the game easier and more fair for non-VIPs.

I think fast skins should remain to expand the whole game. The reason why only VIPs are allowed to use it is to make players buy VIP.. But differently with the sniper rifle, in my opinion it should be on the map for everyone (in small amounts maybe). Because VIP level gives really too many advantages. We also see alot of newbies asking how to get a sniper rifle..
As it was already stated, fast skins is also an option VIP players have paid for, so I don't think it should be removed:
You mistaken here, VIPs have not paid to get the chainsaw or the sniper.. But they have paid to donate and to help the server first of all. That's the idea of a donation. The reward is a little kindness from the server owner. So if the reward will be taken away in a sense of an update or for what ever reason, it is entitled. You should know about that before donating.

Same here, that's not the idea of a donation. A purchase contract does not occur in a donation.

I don't like pay to win games. Of course money plays a big role and Jonne needs it to pay the server, but it should be somehow balanced.. League of legends or CS:GO are good examples, paying does not give you advantages, but the companies still earn alot of money through the users who buy expensive weapon or champion skins..

VIP is all about buying it to have access to a variety of skins. Yet all you guys want it for is to find fast skins and use them to your advantages. I legit didn't even know these existed until like 2014. Quite sad what this game has come to.

After all that they often leave the server and never come back.
that's a bit of an exaggeration, most of them don't even know what fast skins do and as i said, their effect is not big on the gamemode.

How many server has ptp gamemode? Other servers has cool features too, go make a topic about them, its ptp and thats how it works. Fast skins are meant to be for vips, most of the players bought vip for fast skins only.
And today you feels fast skin gives great adavantage, and tommorow you will feel chainsaw gives a great advantage too lets remove them, and day after tommorow sniper too, so come on and wake up,

They did continue to discuss it in the other old Forum of ptp. And only Tenshi was able to make decisions about stuff like that. Now since Jonne is the Boss here, it's on him to decide.

It was discussed and voted in the old forums. The majority supported removal of fast skins, but Tenshi didn't do anything (he had special talent when it came to not doing anything). It's the perfect time to bring this back again since we no longer depend on Tenshi's will to make changes.

It's not that simple, because fast skins do give an advantage. I wouldn't mind those Sweet skins at all if it wasn't because they can do 180 degrees turns with 0 radius.
It's going to be hard to find a solution, because fast skins were included when we purchased VIPs, so some people could feel deceived if they were removed. By the way, there are already some blocked skins, like the ones with the "Staff" word on their back or skins from president and vice president classes.

ofc but it most of the people bought vip for vip skins, else we would buy it on other server, without wasting money here :D, better remove vip class if you want that :)
if you dont want to use fast skin then play with normal simple, Jonne owns this server doesnt mean we would change every possible thing.

As Wuzi said, people pay not to have advantage over anything as VIP, it is done to help the server to keep it alive and these stuff are a small gift for those people who help the server.
There are some people who pay for thos fast skins, it is their own wish while aome other people pay for Chainsaw and Sniper.
The point is that, you can't take someone's right from him juat because you feel hard to fight someone who uses fast skin, as I told, skills is independent of skins.

Well, if you consider in-game performance a sign of skills, then you're wrong, because it affects the performance in many ways. Before I tell you why, let's make two things clear:
- It's obviously possible to kill someone with a fast skin without using a fast skin. It's just harder. That's why we use the word advantage.
- It doesn't affect most of the weapons, but it has a great impact on the ones that we often use: sub-machine guns (UZI and Tec9) and chainsaw.
To sum up, it has a huge effect when it comes to weapons for which spinning speed is important. Watch the video below and tell me if you really believe it doesn't affect the performance. For example, imagine I'm behind you with my UZI and you need to turn around to shoot me back as fast as you can. Do you get the advantage now?

+1 , I really agree with all things you said. Especially the issue with making peace with every good regular. Once they see , "Oh he is to good", they try to make peace and are doing the "don't shoot me"-thing. It really hurts me to see them attacking newbies with beta skin like they re difficult opponents to them, and often in the majority. There is no real competition.
And thx for the Vid Mia, it really shows how overpowered it is. You could compare it with deagle while driveby-shooting.

I understand what do you say, but what I said above was not for everyone, i just expressed my opinion and for me they are same.
For a normal skin, if you would like to kill someone, you are not supposed to turn 360 degree just instead of turning right(in order to turn complete 360) just turn left to avoid 360, i can't explain it well here maybe i can show you once I join the game, i am a bit in-active now so maybe later. Let me give you an example, Finisher, he always plays with skin 137 which is not a fast skin and he is doing great with it, so what you call it, hacks ? Lol. Even Wuzi uses normal skin and he does good with it.
So it is different for everyone, unlike some people who use only fast skins.
Theoretically i can't explain well but practically i can show you and you will understand it.

Lemme tell you a word or two,
Before you lil mofos popped up, trollskins weren't even a part of this game/world.
Not only that lead-aim got removed (The best thing in this game which makes a difference between a player like me and players such as yourself ), but some twig made a joke and created those skins.
So it wasn't just enough to remove lagshot but now I keep seeing yall running in circles like little chickens with your 'modern' skins. It's sad what this game has turned into..
I'd still agree with whoever on this one, cos these skins are compeltely lame as I said.
And I honestly can understand where you are coming from Satvik, cos if they were removed, u'd prolly end up like this,

Lagcomp leveled the game up for literally everyone.

I have a fix, limit fast skins to civilians only and bring back the Colts 45 for /holiday cmd :D
Civilians drive-by's with Colts and fast skins to run around like chickens.
There is no way the civilian class is as equal as the rest. If we want players to stay and not be pissed off and leaving, we should make it fair. Civilians are the only class that are fucked in every situation unless VIPs (chainsaw, sniper, nitro to get away etc).
I always see a couple regulars camping at main armour with fast skins and shooting newbs... of course it pisses them off and they eventually leave or surprisingly start to spawn armour lol

You can't call fast skin users simply " chicken " when you yourself can't play with those skins. Look i know you can't fight someone who uses fast skin, there is a better solution for this, use fast skin against fast skin users and stop with these topics/complaints.
Civilian is a powerful class having deagle and shotgun(WW), if you check perfectly you can see that most of the people spawn in civilian class unless there is a fight but mostly civilians.
There should be nothing added/removed from civilian class, it is perfect.
Combination of deagle and shotgun makes the class very strong and for VIPs they got sniper. One shoot of deagle takes half of the health/armor. It just depends on how you aim.
As I told before there are many people who always use normal skins, but the question is why they don't create such topics ?

Why should beta skins be removed, which some players like for any reason, for the benefit of players that aren't skilled enough. If you have skills you can beat them. I've seen plenty of times regulars, who are not vips, killing vips easily.

How long before we "decide" that chainsaw and sniper are also OP (which they kinda are, but just making a point)? I've seen many people - newbies - who can easily kill players with fast skins, having been owned myself like that many times. Sure, it is kinda unfair, but it's not impossible to deal with beta users. So no, I don't really support this.

So funny to read replies from our tough peace-making guys who play without fast skins and consider themselves h4rdc0re players. I don't use fast skins only because I don't like them; people can have their own reasons to use or not use fast skins, and it doesn't mean that they are worse/less skilled/...
Fast skins do give an advantage. It is materially expressed into higher rotating velocity, anyone can check it and observe the results himself. But I don't think they worth such a discussion. Everybody takes sniper rifle and chainsaw for granted, though they probably give even more advantage than any fast skin. Indeed, a sniper rifle in good hands can hardly be countered by anything but the other sniper rifle. Yeah, fast skins is kinda implicit feature, probably that's why some people want it to be removed. As for me, it can be done only if all of the VIPs would agree about that, which definitely won't ever happen.
I liked WuZi's words about the purely courteous donations. It used to be this way on my favourite CoD II server. But let's be objective: a significant part of VIPs donated only for the benefits they were going to receive. So it would be unfair to deprive them from those features.

I loved the irony that he beats me lol, as you said you are talking about people in this server but as you see those people voted -ve which means they disagree with your idea of removing fast skins. So what else you need ? But i am sure it's about you since you told this multiple of times in-game chat when someone one killed you in game. So just to make it clear, most of the people want fast skins NOT to be removed, if you got something against fast skins there is a solution i can suggest you for this, simply use normal skin if you don't like it after all why do you care about people ?

How long before we "decide" that chainsaw and sniper are also OP (which they kinda are, but just making a point)? I've seen many people - newbies - who can easily kill players with fast skins, having been owned myself like that many times. Sure, it is kinda unfair, but it's not impossible to deal with beta users. So no, I don't really support this.
That's why we should remove NOS too, the president can't survive in time with these stupid VIPs.

For the reasons I stated in my previous post, I wish fast skins were removed, but I'm realistic and I know it's highly unlikely to happen. Money is involved and it's not that easy to make changes, because some people might feel deceived or even scammed. The only way would be if all the VIPs agreed, and this topic is showing that no general agreement could be reached not even in a century. There are no reasons to make an average regular support fast skin removal, after all a huge majority never has to fight anyone using fast skins, given the generalized alliance that governs regular-regular relations. It's pointless to support fast skins removal if only you and your allies use them.
PS.: To the people saying the next step is to remove sniper and chainsaw: ???. This suggestion is about blocking 9 skins out of nearly 309. I guess you're smart enough to see it's a slight change compared to removal of 2 vips weapons out of 3 (including katana). If such a slight change is already a lost cause, you can tell what a larger and more controversial change would be. Also, exaggerating arguments to absurd is a fallacy and it's simply wrong.
PS2.: We should just let this suggestion sink into the oblivion, unless the server owner, Jonne, decides that he is willing to modify the VIP features provided that, for example, more than 50% of the VIPs agree.

Yeah, or better give VIPs an arbitrary hack of the list (hh, vhh, aimbot, airbreak, ramhack), but only for 10 minutes per day!
VIPs are given too many advantages already. There is no need to add new, especially so dubious and overpowered, ones, even with removing the old ones.

Actually they just give a slight advantage. I support it because I think it's unfair to be at disadvantage just because you decide to use a female skin, a skin in swimming trunks with a sexy six-pack that says Stay away from the producto or any other you like.

I don't wanna involve in your personal conflicts but I think that's because you struggle to handle it. Indeed it gives an advantage, but it's not that much. Actually, the sniper in the hands of a player who knows to use it can be more dangerous / overpowered than fast skins. And to be honest I struggle myself too against players with fast skins (at least with normal skin lol) but I have never complained about it just because it gives an advantage, like rest of the vip features don't give any lol. After all people have paid/will be paying for those features and I don't think that would be good to remove what we have right now.
By the way, if those skins wouldn't ever existed in PTP/Plan B and somebody would come up with the idea of adding them, I would be one of the players who stands against the most lol

Even if it wasn't explicitly said so on the donation page, I've seen replies from VIPs that tell me they bought VIP (in part) to be able to use fast skins.
What we can do though, is making fast skins available for the non-VIPs as well, as part of /cskin for example, but I'll leave that up for discussion.

Never used fast skin in my life, having VIP benefits for hell knows how many years already.
It was never a benefit of becoming VIP, like sniper or /reclass was, the benefit was to choose other skins, than regulars can, but no one ever thought that there is such a thing as "fast skins", when they did - it was too late to change anything (or too lazy, since that was way back to Tenshi's days).
I'd remove them, since it was never a part of the idea of VIP benefits.

Right, and since there was no reply here for 2 months, I guessed everyone was okay with it, so I added the "To be added" tag (which just means there's something in the topic I have to add, not necessarily the main suggestion). As I've said before, VIP skins will not be removed. But since there seems to be a lot of different opinions about this, I'll just keep the skins like they are now.
