why do secs dont do duty?

I have come to realise that the security class dont really care about duty not all but I think serious punishment should engage when found secutiy not doing duty.

Make sure to /report them in game and i'm sure admin will take certain actions to deal with them.

Well because 50% of the non /duty secs are newbs or President loving Securites and the other half are just Statswhores or Noobs.
