Yes, you are caught in the range ban that was placed to stop you after you ban evaded hundreds of times.

We can't take this appeal seriously unless you stop ban evading. Try again in six months, that is, July 25th 2020. You should consider ceasing evasions if you want your next ban appeal to be considered.
