Hi the Limo car is not being used in game its just parked nobody drives it, its maybe because its Slow and hard to turn around.
So my suggestion is to Increase its health maybe to 3k or 4k whatever you think is fair so maybe it will get used more by president and his security team 8) as its unfair for such a long vehicle to have same health as FBI Rancher ???

Nice suggestion 3k health would be fine .
Also it would look cool if presi take that car as only limo can match his status xD

Well, maybe we can do this (no vehicles should have more than 3000 hp though, imho), but don't you realize that the limo would be of no use anyway? Manoeuvrability and speed matter more than durability and limos will be used only if the president is sure they will be safe.

Making tyres of limo indestructible (unharmed from bullets) will make them more desirable .
3000hp + indestructible tyres = compensation for speed and manoeuvrability.
Also these features resembles real world as most presidential vehicles are bulletproof with kevlar tyres and uses a limo.
