Mod name:[/b] : not really a mod i got it in my gta file which i downloaded from a player but basicly change weather
• Link to the mod: dont have it
• Short description of what it does: by typing the command /changeweather you can set weather to what you like
• Extra comments/info:just wanna know is it allowed cause i haven't used it yet but if its allowed why not

As it's a client sided visual mod, it's allowed.
