I would like to feel like in GTA 5 😎. this mod would not affect the gameplay.

yes, it's allowed i used it for 2 months back in 2018.
he is saying the GTA 5 Weapon wheel, not weapon packs or skins.

Visually changing your weapon's appearance to match those in GTA 5 is allowed, as with every other visual mod. Changing the weapon selection to a wheel will not be allowed as it fundamentally changes how weapons are chosen.
