The mod itself is allowed. However, the file provided in this topic is from 2011 and so should not be used. It is outdated and has many bugs. Only use the latest version of this mod.

The mod is now disallowed due to the player being able to bypass certain disallowed bugs whilst using it. Players caught using this mod will be punished.
