[Fixed]Kiling Spree

It shows up as a spree when you kill someone once. For example if Uthar killed me it would say Uthar is one a killing spree of 1 kills in a row.
The spree also carries onto the next map without resetting. It also seems like using /kill doesn't end your spree.

Sprees only updated when someone got a kill. I made it update more often, and showing nothing when noone is on a spree (So sprees will show starting with 2 kills). I will also add a command to check your current spree.
