/me not working

I have been recently trying available commands and I found that the command /me don't work I get error server unknown command but I found this command listed in commands thread and according to level anyone can use it   http://imgur.com/6sIc2GQ

Are you registered to use /me cmd? If you are unregistered player ingame, it won't allow you to use it.

As cobra said you have to be a registered (/register) player in the server to use /me command. And pls don't double post.

Sorry, I had put /me under the wrong section in the commands list, it has been moved to it's correct place. The answer to the problem is that you do have to be registered to use that command.
