[Fixed]Spawn protection

Health doesn't flash when you spawn to show spawn protection.

According to the wiki:

If a player's health is below 10 or above 98303, their health bar will flash.

It's set to 160 now on spawn, I don't really see a reason to set it above 98303 though, so I don't think the flashing is that important. I don't really know how it works on PTP, when I check there it flashes on 160 health.
