[Fixed]Security re-spawn

Sometimes when a sec respawns (after president dies), he does it w/o weapons (even in wrong place, like CJ house). Always I got this bug I was driving a car and the 'anim' of being killed was showed (I mean, lost car control and the camera doesnt follow the car).

It keeps happening :/

It happens also to vice (when he spawns as pres) and they spawn w/o armour too.

Should be fixed now, it appears it was a SA-MP bug when respawning in a vehicle. I put in a fix now. If it doesn't help, use /checkspawn, it should respawn you if you were to spawn without weapons.
