If the vice president pauses and the president quits or dies the whole game becomes bugged. If the new president (the person who was vice) then quits or dies the next map doesn't load and the president slot becomes locked. Ending the map fixes the bug.

I did some testing and I know what's causing it now. I'll look for a solution.
