[Fixed]/sync while frozen

Players are able to break out of an admin freeze by using /sync

Should be fixed in update 1 (I will post when I add the update in the general section, so right now this bug is still in the game). I'll leave topics open, so we can retest and make sure it's fixed, only then lock them.
