SAMP Crash: 0x004D1996

I have faced too many crashes only in this server in SA:MP. I always crash whenever I win/lose a duel, change my class through /rc. I tried disabling the ''Run As Administrator'' thing but still it didn't worked. While other servers are working just perfect. I downloaded the R3 version of SA:MP, still the same problem. Is there any possible fix?

I had crashes too much but not like u..
When i delete my GTA and instal new one,the fucking crashes finish.

For future reference, as maybe other people experience this crash as well. This was the crash Cubey was experiencing:

SA-MP 0.3.7-R3
Exception At Address: 0x004D1996
Base: 0x047B0000

The crash seemed to be because he was running it in compatibility mode, this was the suggested solution from the SAMP forums:
