Just simply add a female skin mod which replaces a fast skin. If you are not really looking for a mod then there is one other way.

You can set any default female skin as fast by replacing some files in gta3.img but since I don't know is it allowed or not, you have to ask any admin about that and then you can ask me for helping you in doing it.

Fast skins are still a VIP feature and the reason that they're available in duels (just like saw & sniper) is for people to experience those features and be couraged to donate.

Only she can see female skin in her game but remaining all others see normal MALE skin

The only way you could use a fast female skin is by replacing one of the current fast skins (all males) with a female skin mod of them.

Check this site first and search your own skin : https://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Skins:All
If there's a female vip, they always choose: ID 214, 224, 225, 226, and 263.
It depends on what you really like the most or it's your decision if you want fast nor slow.

This is just a simple skin mod. It replaces skin ID 49 which is a normal skin.
The only way you could use a fast female skin is by replacing one of the current fast skins (all males) with a female skin mod of them (which is probably very hard to find since all of them are males so there wouldn't be many female skins for those)

It's not possible to do this server side. So, if you want a female fast skin, you have to install one over a fast skin yourself (as explained in this topic before).
