I'm here for adding an irc plugin on discord server of ours.

Not really needed, increases the amount of spam in both places at one time and also brings a lot of confusion. Leave it as it is.

But why? They are supposed to have different functions. You guys don't realise that admins would not only have to moderate IRC but discord at the same time if this gets implemented.
Player: join my server ip:...
he gets kicked on IRC or banned

But now you'll have to remove the same message from discord.

They are supposed to be seperate platforms for a reason, if you do this might as well figure out a way to echo IRC messages on teamspeak. Also, a majority of players don't use discord unlike IRC. There's just so many reason why this isn't gonna work but I'll just leave for others to mention.
