What do you mean by "accepted clans" ?

There are clans that are presented in our forums and those that aren't, this is the only difference. Afaik every clan is accepted.

If someone asks you for clans just give him/her the link of clan sections.

I think the clan section here is enough, we won't be adding a clan system ingame.
