As we all know pausing is a major issue,whether intentional or not it's still a hassle.
So I suggest to get rid of the problem entirely by not allowing pause exploits to begin with, just like the SpawnProtection and Death Evasion by /rc and /q.
What I want to suggest is to spawn the ped actor faster rather than 5 minutes and waiting for the player to log off.
1AReduce the time to like 30-40 seconds before actor spawns.
1BThis also applies to air rule where if one pauses more than 40 seconds the player will get a death and get respawned.

Often I have found myself to be afk to take care of a urgent situation and I death evade unintentionally.
Usually I do /kill afterwards but it's useless if the map changes.
Just today, I was being chased by Ryder and Queen, my mother needed some help so I had to pause.
I was going to do /kill when I came back but the map changed unfortunately.
(As to avoid that in future before whatever happens to this, I am finding and installing a transparent menu-Anti Pause)

I think we should make it like Killed only those players who pause just after taking damage from weapons or he cant pause before limited time say 20s or 30s after getting hit by someone.
Because i see many players stays afk in their spawns or any other place.So adding anti pause system is not a good idea

Obviously the one who go AFK in Spawn won't be affected as Actors spawned in the Spawn area can't be killed in anyway. THIS ALREADY EXISTS.

Unfortunately there can be cases of pause evading when the player does not get hit.
Eg: Player A has 100 health and has not been hit until now, Player B chases A. A gets cornered and immediately pauses to evade potential death, Player B can't do jackshit since A wasn't hit to begin with.
Long Rangers get a advantage with this. Not Fair.

This is
not needed. The 5 minute one is enought and i never got into a situation where somebody made it intentional, i sometimes have lags, or i pause because im 1/3 of the time looking at the map where is the presi or the terorists.

Idk if it is possible but a guy named ElStitch paused to avoid my heliblades. (He paused like a second before i was about to get him and them resumed after 3-4 seconds.)
Should be some way to tackle the exploiters.

Multiplayer gaming is all about non pausing atmosphere although samp allows pausing,
If there's a script which lohit has supplied, it should be implemented.
+1 for implementing the script

Edit: fixed with the new damage system, you can now kill paused players
