I suggest a tutorial in-game when a new player join for him to know what to do or the rules and every thing he needs to know about the server and the message will be closed for like 1 min or more only for newbie players

This is the problem they don't use /rules

Yes, but I don't think it should be compulsory. We just need a stylized, simple and multilanguage version of /ptp.

I think they will just use /quit. This is not a role server, there's no need.
