Add RPGs

RPG can lead to a lot of abuse , one can shoot infinite shots of RPG with ammo of 1 , aim ,shoot and move - done with good timing can show rpg damage to others while you still have 1 ammo always. gotta fix it before we can try it in server

You want to turn PlanB into hell aren't you?
Tanks are 10 times more op than a rocket launcher and can destroy the game
