Bring NSA map back in normal range or to 10 votes!

Hello, it's Karlis, tournaments organiser, also known from previous suggestions like "make /skittles forever" and "black skin security". Today we will try to bring NSA map back to normal range or change votes number from 20 to 10. We played it recently after long time and it gave memories. So VOTE! VOTE! VOTE!  8)

Sorry but -1 NSA is justt to big bringing it back with low player count is just not a good idea.
