Every one starts as a newbie. Rejecting them doesn't mean they are bad or worse, look from other perspective i.e. maybe they are not yet prepared for that kind of environment or perhaps they are suitable more to a different one and when everyone rejects and a single hand seeks towards them to aid, thats where you know with whom to start, to whom should you trust and thats how you build a trust on someone, not by playing with them for countless hours.
