Title: Regarding /backup

Disallow terrorist from seeing  back up information.
When President types /backup it should only be seen by Secs, cops and vice
Why should the terrors see it

Please, name the topics accordingly, so the subject reflects the essence of the suggestion.

I don't remember if the terrorists can actually see it, but if so, sure. +1.
