I mean when some one wanna choose persident should be register on game

Nice sugesstion. It will be good for newbies who dont kown the gameplay and had choosed the first class selection option and it will help securities also which will dont have to deal with a random newbie who just takes a car and starts roaming.

No let it as it is, some of them have a brain. Some dont even know howto use the /register cmd.

No. Unregistered players are not necessarily bad players or new players, and there are plenty of examples that support this. The logic behind this suggestion is like claiming that VIPs are somehow more skilled, trustworthy, or experienced than registered or unregistered players. It's just not correct.
Additionally, I think being President is one of the experiences that tends to get people hooked on the server. Why deny it to people who might be playing in PTP for the first time? Not everyone has the time or patience to wait 30 minutes to register, then wait to actually be able to become VP or President after that.

Tell me that a new player should wait 10 mins and then he would be able to pick presi class. In that 10 mins what will he do? Waiting while staying in no class? Or he can just choose desired class he likes and learn about the Gamemode? I stand on the second question of mine.
Also there's already been decided that we will not force new players to register first. They are free to do it anytime.
