Hi , i suggest removing ''/sniper'' and ''/saw'' from the non register player.
this will help new player to register and stay in game .

As VIP players our only advantages are nos and fast skins so +1 .

no one is talking about giving it just to vips,give it to regular players but just to a register player.
as i said before it will help players to register (with a notification up like'' /register to get more weapons'' for exemple . and it will discourage players to go undercover .

1. New players(unregistered) will be forced to register in-game to use sniper and chainsaw - To register they
have to play atleast 30mins - by playing 30mins they will get to know more about the server and gameplay -
By getting to know more about server - they will become regulars(who might buy vip) - By getting more regulars, server wont
be empty most of time even after this corona crises ends.
2. It will keep away undercovers upto some extent .
3. This is less harsh than many servers ..who force you immediately to register yourself as soon as you enter their server.
4. There should be at least some distinction b/w level0s and level1s .. /saw and /sniper commands would act like reward for registering lol .. just like there is a distinction between level1s(registered) and level2s(vips) . How this benefit ? - there are many unregistered players who play on regular basis ..they just play for fun. IF they get registered ..then they would be more involved in server and develop a sense of being integrated .

Dont you think ..that's up to them if they choose to fight back or leave by rage ? If they cant even stay 30min in server ..and register themselves and equip themselves to fight back , then not even GOD can help them :p
Also this server made sniper and saw free to all from last year December if i am not wrong ..what was the scenario before then ? As far as i can recall there were VIP armies killing newbies ....which was much more unjustified than today's situation . I personally this its a great idea ..

Imho 30 minutes is kinda too much.Yeah,it's up to people to stay here or not but...no one is gonna stick around with getting killed for 30 minutes.
We should decrease that.Maybe 10-15 minutes,like a full presidency.That's about the optimal period during which they can learn the basics while playing.
And we need more of the goddamn advertisements on the entrance,so they would know what to do and what they can use.

There's no need make this personal, Arab. What I've said is just an opinion. I am not taking any admin measures, so I speak as a player here and I have no more and no less rights than you. Yes, I strongly dislike this suggestion, but the players and the owner of the server will decide the future of it, not you or me.

In my opinion, we don't need sniper and saw in every map like LS, SF, LV because these maps are fast and don't need much effort to finish the map and for protecting team as well so I think we should give rifle in replace of snipe and remove saw for fast maps.

This has been suggested before but not implemented due to many nonsense reasons. I strongly support this so +1.
The reason is simple, it will encourage people to register and get vip.
There is no better reason than this so I think i make complete sense in my reply.

I'm not really an expert when it comes to gaming.What do these "fast skins" do?Everything the normal ones do but slightly faster?
Yeah,if that's the case,it's kind of unfair.But it's already a VIP feature.Unless the basic skins change and the fast ones become available.

Fast skin increase the speed of normal walk style spinning (walk style here means neither holding LALT or SpaceBar).
They are good for Uzi,Colts 98,Tec-09 And The Sawnoff Shitgun.
You can test Fast Skins In Duels As VIP Skins Are Available In Duels Command IS

I tend to avoid the "register for x feature" servers, because usually you register after y minutes and you find out that you have to play more for the next feature. I think this may turn people off from the beginning, not to mention that it's unfair to some players who don't register for whatever reason (no names please, I don't want someone trolling them). I don't really like this idea very much, but if for some reason we do decide to go this route, 30 minutes is a long time to wait. 30 minutes of realizing that people gang up on newbies without having the ridiculously OP weapon they're using on you is even longer.

This is a symptom of a cultural problem, not a fix for anything. It's up to the regulars and clans to actually play the game and set an example. Most people here are really good at this game. Always playing with, but never against friends and clan members deprives you of the opportunity to experience them at their best and learn from it.
I'm not against people going undercover, but I think it's not something that should be accepted as normal.

Good idea actually because most cheaters will be playing without registering. Sniper rifle is very dangerous when used by cheaters so maybe if non-regs cannot use some certain features like /saw /sniper then we can avoid such problems
