Happened with me too (i have no idea how i could pass through it) but i think it's a samp bug and not server sided.

Just take the bike in top speed, you may or may not pass inside beforing opening. Depends on luck :D

This bug happens so rare, it's sa-mp or gta san andreas bug. Not related to PTP I think..

It is north san andreas not los santos but yes I have seen this bug.It happens more when my ping is high.

This is a SAMP bug, can't really do anything about it.
