Title: [Added & Tested]Some minor suggestions

1. Grenade spawns

2. Add vehicles to the Las Venturas(Probably NSA too) president spawn, as there are currently none.

3. Make a new command which can completely reset/delete your saved skin (/saveskin).

4. Make some kind of script that prevents people from idling for too long.

The spawns and cars will be added, LS is the only map that's finished, the rest are yet to be completed.
