I have an alternative solution - everyone can fly as presi except YoMama, he should not be able to use aircraft not just as presi, but as any other class too.

It's still better than having it completely removed :)

I see no sense in special punishment for a president inside a helicopter. They can be taken down extremely easily in a matter of seconds even by a poor, unexperienced pilot. Considering it and considering my vote in neighbour topic, I'll pick the last option here as well.
