Hi i'can't change crosshair in ingame it's this link to change crosshair http://crosshairs.cali-kartell.de/ right ? But it write Forbidden "you don't have permission " wtf ? can anyone help me ?

Looks like the site is shut down. There are lots of sources to find a nice crosshair anyway, including YouTube videos so this shouldn't be a big problem.

You have txdworkshop and you have the site for crosshairs. What else do you need? Download one and use it.
