Yep, this happens very rarely. Once you select a class, you return back to the class selection page again and get bugged

Jonne, this happened to me once, I became president and on the same time another person chose the president character, we did it on the same and so there were two presidents, i killed myself and got the message that the president was killed by an accident but I couldn't reclass using /rc or /reclass.

The solution is to just choose the character of the class you tens to choose. And yes, this is a rare bug occuring in our server and unfortunately i lost the screen shot.
